LIMITED TWO-YEAR WARRANTY
This product is fully guaranteed to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase, providing the equipment has been operated according to the instructions shown on magichandsmassager.com. A service fee for labor will be charged on units received after one year from date of purchase. This warranty is not valid if the product has been misused or damaged in any way that is beyond our control. This warranty applies only to the product and Birdhill Ltd. is not responsible in any way for losses, damage, or inconveniences caused by equipment failure.
To obtain service during this warranty period, the product should be carefully packed (in the original carton if possible) and sent to Birdhill Ltd.
A detailed note describing the nature of the defect should be enclosed to expedite the repair. A dated warranty card showing proof of original purchase must be on file at Birdhill Ltd.
Within 10 days, we will refund the purchase price. 11-30 days of purchase we will refund the purchase price less 20% restocking fee. After 30 days, there is no refund. All materials must be in original condition.
This warranty is void if our inspection shows that the equipment has been tampered with, altered, or repaired by anyone or any other company besides Birdhill Ltd. This warranty is void if, upon inspection, it shows the equipment was subjected to negligence, misuse, or accident: damaged by continued use after breakage, excessive line voltage or had its serial number altered, defaced, or removed.
The foregoing is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. This warranty takes effect only if the warranty card has been fully and properly filled out and returned to Birdhill Ltd. within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
